Refund policy

Refund Policy.

1. All Custom Artwork Sales Are Final

All custom artwork pieces — including hand-painted canvases, made-to-order apparel, or commissioned designs — are final sale.

Once any payment (deposit, partial, or full) has been received and the custom canvas or artwork process has begun, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstance.

2. No Refunds Once Work Has Started

Once the artist begins working on your custom artwork — including sketching, layout planning, painting, or any form of production — the project is considered in progress and non-refundable.

This applies regardless of the payment method, communication platform, or reason for cancellation.

3. Completion Times Are Not Guaranteed

All completion dates provided are projections, not guarantees.

Timeframes vary depending on the size, detail, design complexity, drying time, material availability, and other creative or logistical factors.

While every effort is made to complete projects in a timely manner, delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or compensation of any kind.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits are non-refundable and secure your spot in the production schedule.

Final payment must be made before the release or delivery of your completed artwork.

Failure to complete payment will result in forfeiture of your deposit and artwork.

5. Payment Methods Covered

This No Refund Policy applies to all transactions, whether made through:

A website or online store checkout

An invoice link (e.g., Shopify, Square, PayPal)

Cash App, Venmo, Chime, PayPal, or Zelle

In-person payments, either cash or electronic

By submitting payment through any of the above methods, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy in full.

6. Artist’s Creative Freedom

The artist retains full creative control and interpretation of all custom artwork.

Client opinions or dissatisfaction based on artistic expression, color tone, or design style will not qualify for refunds, reversals, or disputes.

7. Damage or Delivery Issues

If damage occurs during shipping, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled solely at the artist’s discretion.

8. Copyright & Ownership

All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise stated in writing.

The artist retains the right to photograph, display, or reproduce images of the completed artwork for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Legal Agreement

By placing an order, commissioning artwork, or submitting payment (full or partial), the client legally agrees to this No Refund Policy.

This policy applies to all purchases, regardless of where or how payment is made.

All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.

The client waives the right to file chargebacks, reversals, or legal claims related to refunds, cancellations, or time delays once payment is made and work has begun.
